Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 15, 2026  ·  Effective: October 15, 2026

1. Introduction

Emine Cakir ("we," "our," or "us") publishes mobile games ("Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our Apps, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. Our Apps may include in-game currency and in-app purchases (IAP). By using our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Apps.

2. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, address, or payment details. The information collected may include:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to run and improve the Apps, save your progress, process and restore purchases, show ads (including, where permitted, personalized ads), measure ad performance and app installs, understand how the Apps are used, fix crashes and bugs, prevent fraud, answer your support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising and Analytics Partners

Our Apps use third-party software development kits (SDKs) from service providers for advertising, ad mediation, install attribution, analytics, and crash reporting — for example AppLovin, Google (AdMob and Firebase), and Meta (Facebook). These partners may collect the device information, identifiers, and usage data described above under their own privacy policies, and are required to protect it.

On iOS, we only access your advertising identifier for tracking if you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only with the service providers described above, as needed to operate the Apps, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. Gameplay data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App. To ask us to delete data associated with your device, email [email protected] with the name of the App; we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain regions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The 'Last Updated' date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our Apps after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
